- Impersonate any person, instructor, or organisation

If you submit, post, or share any content on the platform, including messages, feedback, or assignments, you grant sabehay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the platform. You represent that you own or have the right to share such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6.3 Restrictions
You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Access to certain courses, sessions, or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed prior to purchase. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and privacy policies of those providers. sabehay does not store your full payment card details.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility and conditions are set out in our separate Refund Policy. Where a refund is granted, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the stated criteria.
8. Live Sessions and Scheduling
Live sessions, including group classes and individual lessons, are scheduled in advance. You are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed time. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded unless cancellation was made within the timeframe specified in the relevant session policy. Instructors reserve the right to remove disruptive participants from live sessions without refund.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. These are provided for convenience only. sabehay does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
10. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
