About Sabehay
An online learning platform built around the practical realities of running and growing a business - serving learners across every region of Ireland since 2018.
Distance was the problem. Flexible learning became the answer.
What Sabehay actually does
Geography should not determine access to quality business education.
Sabehay was set up to address a specific gap: learners in rural and regional parts of Ireland had limited access to business development programmes that matched what urban centres offered. The platform delivers structured, instructor-led courses entirely online, covering areas such as financial planning, sales strategy, team management, and early-stage business operations.
Every course on the platform runs with a live instructor - not pre-recorded video - so learners can ask questions, challenge assumptions, and adapt the material to their own context.
Sessions are available in two formats. Group courses bring together learners from different industries and backgrounds, which tends to produce useful cross-sector conversations. Private lessons follow a different logic - the curriculum is built around the individual's business, their current stage, and the specific decisions they are facing.
How a learner moves through the platform
From first contact to applied practice - a straightforward sequence with no unnecessary steps.

"We spend real time on the intake conversation. It changes what we recommend."
01
Initial assessment
A short intake conversation identifies where the learner is now - existing knowledge, business stage, and what they are trying to resolve in the next three to six months.
02
Path selection
Based on the assessment, the learner is matched to either a group programme or a private learning path. Hybrid arrangements - starting in a group, then moving to individual sessions - are also available.
03
Live instruction
Sessions run on a fixed schedule with the same instructor throughout. Continuity matters - instructors track each learner's progress and adjust the material as the course develops.
04
Applied review
At the end of each programme, learners complete a structured review session that connects what was covered to their specific business decisions - not a test, but a working conversation about next steps.
